The workshop had been organized by the Ariel University Center of Samaria (now Ariel University) in Ariel on 5th September, 2010.
The theory of functional differential equations provides a general framework allowing one to treat varous differential equations where the state of a process, its speed or acceleration are evaluated at different time instants. The topic of the meeting is the theory of functional differential equations in a broad sense. A particular attention is paid to oscillation and non-oscillation of solutions, their representation, properties of Green's matrices, comparison of solutions, stability properties, control problems and other related topics.
